The initial sync with the RNC database will be done for you by Buzz360. Please provide a list agreement with your State GOP that grants you access to the Data.

Tip: To check your sync, go to "Settings", select "Data Services". On the left you see the field Map between the RNC and your data. You can unselect or add certain fields by un-/clicking them. On the right you see the data segment/region you are authorized to synchronize. The smallest entity is your segment. The system defaults to syncing Hard and Weak Republicans. You can add other segments to the synchronization.

Note: The current version has added the option to select a Data Provider and a version of the Data. MN indicates the state and 2023 is the current version of the RNC data layout.

.

In the "Data Service Status" you can see when the RNC update the data last and when you updated your data last.

If you want to upload later, here is the process. Click "IMPORT NOW"

In the Import Queue you will get an overview of the RNC data you are about to add to the HOLDING area.

Next you get more details.

For RNC Syncs the system automatically enters the Source, you still need to "AUTHORIZE" Source and import. Select the Contacts you want to import. check your Import Preview for Duplicates and and repair them as much as you can. If there are Duplicates, the system will ask you to "Remove Duplicates"

Click on "REMOVE DUPLICATES" The yellow highlighted fields indicate duplications.

Select MERGE to see duplicates and merge them. The Column on the left is the surviving data. Move data to the left by clicking on the <.

Select "Continue to Import" once the option appears in red.
