Buzz360 has added some new unsubscribe and resubscribe features to the Email and Text Outreach messages. The messages are FCC complaint regarding the recipients opting in and out of your messages but we had added features to help you manage your accidental unsubscribes.

The Email Process

When you send the email and the recipient does not want to receive your messages any longer, they click the Unsubscribe link that is automatically added to your emails.

They will be led to the unsubscribe the the message and they will click the button and receive the "it's official " message.

To manage the unsubscribes you can now go to Outreach > Unsubscribe and choose the email icon. You can see all the email addresses that have unsubscribed to your emails. If one of your recipients want to be reinstated here is the process:

1. Click on the box to the left of the email address. you will see a check.
2. Then go to REMOVE and click. You will see a pop up telling you the recipient will receive an email and they will receive an email you see below.

The Text Process

There is not change to creating or sending of the texting. The change is when one of your recipients wants to unsubscribe or resubscribe:

1. When you send the text and the recipient does not want to receive your messages any longer, they type STOP and in the text. If the recipient wants to restart, the type START and send to the same phone number.
