Buzz360 has introduced "Relational Intelligence". This is an AI based prediction of your most likely Advocates and Community influencers. The model is based on the behavior of the thousands of advocates in the SwipeRed system and their hundreds of thousands of contacts. This feature was rolled out to a limited group of customers in April 2025 and is expected to be available for general release in September 2025.
