The sooner you start building your advocate network the better. SwipeRed and your campaign is the more powerful the sooner your start building your team and the more your advocates are eager to help spread the word to their friends.

Here are some ways to ensure that you are constantly growing your advocate base:

  • Make sure that you always have a couple of messages and posts available for advocates to view and share so they can get started right away.

  • Ask all your team members to download the app and start sharing.

  • The candidate or campaign manager personally will want to invite local influencers (political leaders, school board members, social communities, clubs etc) to be Advocates and take action by sharing a post or message.

  • Add the QR (you can find it under Become a digital Advocate )  Add the app codes to your signs, flyers, cards, other printed materials and ask people to join. Have the QR ready to share at your events, on the wall in your campaign office or when you are door knocking.

  • Add you SwipeRed link to your emails, tweets, facebook posts asking people to join SwipeRed team.
