After you have sent an email You can click "sent" to see the results. All of your sent emails will show on a list.

Click on the email you are interested in seeing the result.

What does that status mean.

Received - the email that were receive by the recipients email provider. This does not mean in the inbox.

Open - the recipient opened the email. The system counts the number of times someone opens it. If you see high numbers on one recipient, it could mean they forwarded to others.

Clicks - the recipient click on a link in your email

Bounces - means it is temporary (soft) fail = bounce. You can have a bounce and then a delivered. This can happen if email traffic in high or the recipients mail box is full.

Fails - means it is permanent (hard) fail = fail for this message

Unsubscribes - the recipient unsubscribes from your email and the system will no longer attempt to deliver emails to that person.

On the results, you can filter to analyze the results. Click on the filter icon and check the dropdown. This is very useful for your follow up actions.

From the same screen you can add information to the columns to find useful information like the "click url" (which link did this click on) and the error message. You can download the results to an Excel file.
