To view replies for both text and email click on the Outreach page from the sidebar on the left.

From the outreach page you will click on the Replies tab at the top of the page.

This will show you a list of all the replies you have received from any texts or emails that have been sent out. Under the Type heading it will show an icon for either text or email. This means that they were replying to either a text or an email that was sent out. You can also find out the exact text or email they are replying to by looking at the Message Title column.

From the replies screen you can check the box on the left to Tag, Mark As Read, and Unsubscribe the contact. Once the box is red, you can click any of the actions you wish to take for example click on the "Tag" and add or remove the tag from the drop-down list of your tags or simply click on "Mark As Read" or to subscribe to the contact, click the "Unsubscribe"

On the Reply screen, you can take bulk actions by clicking the top box on the left. All the contacts will be checked, and you can also deselect a few if you like.

To reply back to a message click on the Reply button for that person. This will load a message thread containing the message history with that person. To reply back type a message in the text box then click the Send Message button.

To read all message including the ones you have replied to you can toggle the Show Read slider to the right and then you will get a list of all messages that you have received. All the greyed out messages are ones you have either read or replied to already.
