Creating and Deleting a Target Audience

To create a target audience you must first go to the contact section on the left menu button (if you are running more than one campaign make sure you select the correct campaign).

  1. In the “Contact” screen, use the “FILTERS” functionality to identify the members of the audience you are trying to reach.

  2. Once you have filter the contacts to just those that you want, click on “SAVE AS AUDIENCE”.

  3. Enter a name for the new audience

  4. To select the audience later, just select it from the dropdown called “Audience” in the Contact screen.

    If you want to change or delete the audience later, select the gear

    next to the Audience dropdown.

Note: At this point, you can not mix "and" and "or" operators on one filter.

Tip: You can easily see what your audience consists of by clicking on “FILTERS” when you are in the selected audience.

How to delete the audience.

  1. Click on the audience selector and click the down arrow to select the audience you want to delete. Click on the gear.

  2. Make sure you have selected the audience you want deleted. They can not be restored. Click "Delete" in the bottom corner.
