Navigating the Settings
Click on the Settings icon from the bottom menu to open the Settings page
At the top of the settings page you will see your name and email. To the right of there you will see the profile picture. You can click on your profile picture here to change it
Account Settings
In the account settings you will be able to update your first and last name, phone number, and area code. Note: you can not update your email even though it is displayed on this screen.
You can also reset your password and delete your SwipeRed account from this screen.
Notification Settings
On this page you will be able to turn notifications on or off for any teams that you are a part of or you can turn off notifications for an entire campaign
Display Settings
In the display settings you will be able to change the theme of your app to either light or dark.
You can also change the avatar set that is displayed for your contacts. The options are Silly, Fractals, Arcade, Robots. Below that you will get a preview of the currently selected avatar set.
Synchronization Settings
On this page you will be able to view your sync details such as the last sync date, total contacts, and total matches. There is also the option to resync your contacts or delete all your contacts in SwipeRed if you need to start fresh.

The Help option will load up a web page of different SwipeRed help articles such as this one that you are reading now.
