Click on the Website page on the left menu sidebar.

From the website page click on the Navigation tab at the top of the page.

On the navigation page to add the event page to the navigation bar on the website click on the Add Page button for the Top Level Header Pages section, then select page from drop down and then click Add Page.

If you want to publish page but not add to website navigation you can click on the Add Page button in the Additional Web Pages to Publish section. This will allow you to add button to footer for example or link to the page from another page.
