Go to “contacts” and “filter” the people you want to text to,

create and save an “audience” (that option shows up on the upper menu once you created a filter

Go to “outreach” select “new message” (Yellow box on the right)

Select “Text Messaging”

Select your audience (you can also use a "tag" by clicking on the icon to the left o the Audience Box)

Select a send date/time

Create a subject – this does NOT go along with your text message but you can not send or save without subject

create a message – see the character counter below the box and the total credits needed right below the audience field

Do NOT remove the “Text STOP to cancel” You may reduce it to Stop2end or something like that, but you HAVE TO HAVE an option to unsubscribe. People have been suit over this and accounts closed

You can add an image to the text. This makes it an MMS and it adds 2 credits for the cost of this message. (in our experience this is significantly more effective than a plain message and well worth the money)

Once you click “Send” there is a 15 sec counter during which time you can still stop the process.

Go to “Replies” on the top menu and see what comes in

Click on a message and reply to the voter

You can also unsubscribe people (like the ones that offer to perform sexual acts on you)

If you run out of credits – the system will tell you if you are short – in the white band right below the top menu it shows you how many credits you have left (right side) and on the left you can buy more blocs of credits (add Credits)
