To clean up your existing contact record, select "Contacts" and then "Cleanup".

Duplicate Contacts

The first screen displays the Duplicates. The Yellow highlighted column indicates fields with duplicates.

“VIEW” - look a the record

“MERGE” – look at the dupes side by side and compose a surviving record

The "left" data set will survive the merger; by clicking on the < you can move data from the "right" record to the surviving record. If you have more than 2 duplicates, select the ultimate surviving record first in the "Source Contact to keep" box and then merge the duplicate records into this one. Click "MERGE" to complete the step.

“Delete” – click on the box next to the record and select “DELETE” from the menu above

Select Contacts you want to delete and choose "Delete" in the top menu.

No Contact Method

Contacts that have no Email and no phone listing can be found here.

No Source + Location

Fore the proper functioning of your searches and audience creations, the SOURCE of a record is critically important. This Tab shows the records that have no indication of a source. It also displays those that do not have address information.

Needs Source Lookup

If you are participating in the RNC synchronization program, you have this option.

Click on "LOOKUP" and find the RNC data for this particular contact. If the system finds a match, it will display the State voter ID in the Source ID column.

Click on "View" and the Voters contact record will show.

In the record, click on the Clip board to see the RNC record

Your Buzz360 record elements for that contact are in the left column and the RNC record elements are on the right. Click "UPDATE" to complete your Contact Record. NOTE! The surviving data is on the RIGHT in this case!!
