  • As soon as you know, create the event in Buzz360

  • Once you are ready publish the event to the Buzz360 event calendar

  • Create a good looking event page in Buzz360

  • Identify a target audience for the event and create that audience in Buzz 360

  • 6 - 8 weeks before the event start emailing your target audience about the event out of Buzz360

  • 2 to 4 weeks before the event message with a registration form (use the Buzz360 "Form" feature - there is no cost for the usage of these forms)

  • As part of your Form creation, you can create a nice response message to those who signed up, welcoming them to the event or giving them additional info or instructions about the event

  • Add a link to your donation page to collect payments

  • In the last week before the event Text message this who have not sign up encouraging them to by tickets

  • In the last week before the event Text message those who did sign up to remind them of the event and encouraging them to bring friends to the events.

  • At the event use Buzz360 to register your participants

  • With the Voter Look Up you can register new participants (example Caucus) by entering their name and the city they live in. The system will show you the contacts the RNC database has for this individual and you cna just add them to your database
