You can tell a message is intended to be shared on social media by the social icons in the bottom left of the message
Clicking on Facebook will open the native sharing on your device where you can select the app and share. With Facebook, you will need to paste the content onto the post when you share.
Clicking on the Twitter or Instagram icon will open up the app directly
